GhostOfConflict Shipping Policy

At GhostOfConflict, we work hard to ensure every order is processed, packaged, and delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for full details on how we handle and ship your orders.


Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Time

Standard Shipping (1–5 Business Days): After your order is processed, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location and carrier volume. Transit times begin after the package has been shipped.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, location, and carrier rates. Free shipping promotions (if available) will automatically apply at checkout.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. GhostOfConflict is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours at ghostofconflict@ghostofconflict.com so we can attempt to update it before shipping.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. For damaged items, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist you.


Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

If an item is listed as pre-order, shipping times may differ. Estimated ship dates will be shown in the product description.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

Delivery time varies by country. Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Policy – Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or an undeliverable location determined by USPS, GhostOfConflict is not responsible for the failed delivery.

Returned orders will not be automatically refunded.

Customers may choose to:
1. Pay a reshipping fee to have the order sent again, or
2. Request store credit once the item is returned to us.

Refunds will not be issued for returned packages due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Preorder Clothing Shipping Policy

1. Preorder Overview

When you place a preorder with us, you are reserving an item that will be shipped once it becomes available. Preordered items are not yet in stock, and their availability date is estimated.

2. Estimated Shipping Date

  • Date Provided: We will provide an estimated shipping date at the time of purchase. This date is subject to change based on manufacturing and supply chain factors.
  • Updates: We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated shipping date.

3. Payment

  • Charge Timing: Payment for preorder items will be processed at the time of purchase.
  • Transaction Details: A charge will appear on your account statement reflecting the total amount of your preorder.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Fees: Shipping costs for preordered items will be the same as for in-stock items, unless otherwise specified.
  • Free Shipping: If we offer free shipping promotions, they apply to preorders as well, subject to the terms of the promotion.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Modifications: Once a preorder is placed, changes to the order may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

6. Combined Shipping
